By planning the development stages with our employees we, and they, know what is required of them professionally and how to achieve the objectives.
We take action to ensure these objectives are effectively implemented and maintained.
We evaluate the results so that we can further improve the employee and company performance.
Our mission is for every employee to understand the needs of the company and how their contribution impacts directly on company performance.
The Investor in People award was presented our Company in December 2001 but rather than sit back and reflect on the success achieved we have monitored our performance regularly to ensure we meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
