The Quality Policy of Access Fire & Security Ltd is to provide products and services to customers which give complete satisfaction.

The following Quality Policy has been extracted from our Quality Assurance Manual.

 

The future success of the business depends on our ability to install Access Control and CCTV systems that meet customers' expectations at an affordable cost. We aim to install and maintain all systems within the customer's expected timetable. Following completion of an installation, we provide after-sales support to ensure that the customer's overall requirements are fully satisfied.

One of our quality objectives is to meet the requirements of British Standards BS EN ISO 9001-2000 and NACOSS Quality Schedule SSQS 101. Conformance to the procedures and systems recorded in this manual is mandatory on all employees and will enable us to meet these objectives.

In addition to strict adherence to these procedures, we aim to involve all our employees in continually improving quality throughout the business. It is only through the full commitment of all concerned that we shall achieve our Policy of complete customer satisfaction.
